I. Provisions for the Design Scheme of Seismic Supports and Hangers
It is clearly stated in the "Code for Seismic Design of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Buildings" GB50981-2014 that: For the mechanical and electrical installation projects of buildings in areas with a seismic fortification grade of 6 degrees or above, seismic grade design must be carried out. The key areas include building water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical equipment, natural gas, fire safety, etc. (The actual design scope is detailed in the table below.)

 

The scope of seismic grade design for system software equipment and pipelines such as hot water pipes, fire safety, and central air conditioning: Equipment in suspended pipelines exceeding 1.8KN; (1.8KN=1.837 tons) Domestic water supply and drainage and fire protection pipes with a diameter of 65 or above.

2. The scope of seismic grade design for central air conditioning and ventilation duct road systems: All rectangular ventilation ducts with a cross-section of 0.38 square meters or more. All ventilation duct systems with a diameter of 0.4 meters or more.

3. The scope of seismic grade design for power supply system pipelines and cable tray systems: Electrical equipment conduits with an inner diameter of 60mm or more. Bridge frames and enclosed busbars with a force greater than or equal to 150N/m.

(2) The brand owner can dispatch professional service support staff to the site of this project to cooperate with the construction drawing design and provide specific guidance on assembly and after-sales service

2. Raw materials for seismic supports. Specification and model. The inspection should be carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements of the current national standard "General Technical Conditions for Seismic Supports and Hangers of Building Mechanical and Electrical Equipment" CJ/T476. It should be considered that when the force value increases and the system is cyclically loaded to 35kN, there should be no damage such as cracking or permanent deformation of the components. And present the inspection report with the CMA seal issued by the national-level testing center.

3. All prefabricated components of seismic supports should be prefabricated components made of finished products. C-shaped round steel should be cold-extruded round steel. The cross-sectional specifications and lengths should be standard aluminum profiles. The materials of stainless steel plates should comply with the requirements of "Carbon Structural Steel" GB/T7002006. The reverse side of the round steel has strip-shaped installation holes and auxiliary elongation rates, which facilitate on-site installation and processing during engineering construction, as well as subsequent pipeline construction, maintenance and expansion applications. 5. The characteristics of chemical bolts should comply with the relevant requirements of the current national standard "Expansive and Perforated Building Anchor Bolts for Concrete" JG160. The application of chemical bolts should also conform to the relevant requirements of the current national standard "Technical Code for Rear Anchor Bolts of Concrete Structures" JGJ145. And present the report on the chemical bolts: The compressive strength characteristic test report under non-cracked concrete, the flexural characteristic test report under non-cracked concrete, the compressive strength characteristic inspection report under cracked concrete, the tensile fatigue load characteristic inspection report, the fire safety characteristic inspection report, and the seismic grade characteristics (continuous gap opening and closing characteristics, low-cycle continuous tensile load characteristics, low-cycle continuous shear stress load characteristics) Inspection report, long-term load characteristic inspection report, ensuring the safety of chemical bolts under the effect of earthquake disasters.

6. For the chemical bolts connecting prefabricated components with the reinforced concrete body of the building, the rear expansion anchor bolts with mechanical password locking function should be selected, and expansion chemical bolts must not be used. When connecting prefabricated components with steel frame structures for seismic resistance grades, special fixtures should be used for the connection. Present the report on the seismic grade connection prefabricated components: National-level physical performance inspection report, ensuring the safety of the seismic grade connection prefabricated components under the effect of earthquake disasters.

7. To ensure the overall safety factor of seismic supports and hangers, all components of seismic supports and hangers (including round steel, seismic grade connecting parts, bolts, chemical bolts, etc.) should be provided by the same manufacturer and must not be purchased from different distributors. Present the overall report of the seismic support hanger: the overall vibration function test report and the overall fire safety function test report, to ensure the safety of the seismic support under the effect of an earthquake disaster and to have a certain fire safety capacity in the event of a fire accident.

8. In the seismic support system software, the inner edge of the light C-shaped steel should have teeth, and the installation of all components should be completed by connecting with anchor bolts and sleeves. All installation methods that rely on the friction effect of components to bear the load are prohibited to ensure the reliable connection of the entire system. After the complete comprehensive pipeline installation is completed, it should have a safe seismic grade, impact resistance, and load-bearing characteristics.

9. The side of the light C-shaped steel must be equipped with radial stiffening plates to enhance the bending stiffness of the cross-section and ensure that the cross-section of the light C-shaped steel remains unchanged during transportation, laser cutting and installation.

10. The manufacturing or marketing company should design and manufacture the promotion plan for this new project based on the characteristics of its own products. The product characteristics should comply with the seismic utility value requirements of the connection points on the engineering drawings (S seismic utility value ≡R component load-bearing capacity).

11. Customer satisfaction confirmation (proof materials of the satisfaction rate of the new project application presented by the application enterprise).

12. The insulation and heat preservation pipes should be made of polyurethane materials and must have a fire resistance rating of B2 or above along with the corresponding inspection report.

13. The bidding and tendering enterprises must ensure that the seismic support and hanger project is accepted by the quality inspection station. If the project acceptance fails due to product, construction drawing design or installation reasons, the bidding and tendering enterprises shall bear all property losses and all damages caused thereby.

14. The bidding and tendering enterprises have a detailed set of materials such as the "Finished Product Support Installation Technical Manual", "Finished Product Support Installation and Usage Guide", "Finished Product Support Load Calculation Book", and "Finished Product Support On-site Installation Guidance Manual", to ensure the safety of the products and provide high-quality services.

15. The promotion engineering drawings of the bidding and tendering enterprises are not allowed to contain any marks or texts of the company's L0G0. All of them should be shielded in the engineering drawing plan.

16. The design plan and installation scope of seismic supports and hangers must take into account the design specialties and construction acceptance standards of mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC engineering, electrical equipment, water supply and drainage, weak current installation, etc. The engineering drawings should be strictly designed in accordance with the standards and installed on site in a timely manner.
